The Revolving Glass Door is a collaborative partnership between myself, Nashville songwriter Erin Cervenanski, and Toronto based producer/mixer/mastering engineer Jonathan Gendler. This partnership allows each of us to offer complete and streamlined music production services including, melody/lyric writing, instrumental production, mixing and mastering in-house as a package deal, and we work fast!

New Studio is open for business in Willingboro, NJ!
In late January, we moved down to the Philadelphia suburbs in NJ and I’ve spent the last month building a great little production studio space. Major upgrades (this is NOT an exhaustive gear list, I’ll be updating that in my Services section soon) include:
-full acoustic treatment,
-a big monitoring upgrade in the form of a full Neumann DSP controlled system (kh120s and a kh750 sub),
-a 1-of-300 2-channel tube preamp from the amazing Audioscape Engineering, great for tracking and for running stems through for real tube saturation and color,
-the Focusrite Clarett 8Pre, adding 8 channels of analog I/O so all my gear can be run at once
-Microphone Parts V-251 tube microphone is on its way, offering a phenomenal platform for recording vocals and acoustic instruments, in addition to my S3-87
-Artiphon Instrument 1 offers creative and unique MIDI entry, allowing artists to achieve some organic character from very synthetic instruments
-ASM Hydrasynth, utilizing polyphonic aftertouch, a full-scale ribbon controller and “mutant” sections that let it act like far more than a 3-oscillator synth, I believe this will become a staple synth over the next decade

Congrats to my student, Kevin Huang, on his full scholarship to Berklee!
I've been working with Kevin since he was 9 years old and he's been scary since day 1.
I remember his first lesson... I kept telling him stuff and he'd just nod and say ok. I wasn't sure if he understood everything or nothing at all! But when I asked him to demonstrate, it was clear he soaked it all up like a sponge. That first day, I taught him basic Roman numeral analysis and the 12-bar-blues form, and asked him to learn the arpeggios for it in 3 keys. He did it on the spot. Been a great experience, a challenge, and a privilege working with him ever since.
Remember his name, you'll be hearing it again!

New project to release July 1st
If you’re a fan of music production and synthwave or retrowave music, you’ve probably seen Andrew Huang’s youtube channel. Earlier this month, he made a video challenging us to use a particular chord in a composition and send it in. I collaborated with songwriter Kytha Gernatt to write this tune, “In Infinity,” and got my friend Ann Marie Nacchio to lend me her voice. I’ll be submitting this to Andrew and hopefully get featured on his channel! Here’s a sneak peak.
New production released!
EDM artist Alana Vera released my remix of her song “Here For You”
A collaboration we worked on for months! I joined forces with EDM artist Alana Vera to remix her song, “Here For You,” now available on all major platforms. Over the past year, I’ve moved more into analog synthesis and production, and this is the first wide-release that put my Moog Subsequent 37, Prophet Rev 2 and the fantastic Audioscape Buss Compressor to work for me.

The titanium lig was cool enough, but Silverstein has awarded me second place overall for the year in their Ambipoly Saxophone Festival, celebrating their synthetic reeds which I have come to love. The prize money in the form of store credit is substantial, which is good, because I’ll be playing on their gear for years to come!
